What’s Included:
Assist in determining the perfect venue for the wedding and reception (if needed) and discuss requirements with the wedding and reception hall personnel
Walk through the ceremony and reception sites with the client to establish the event décor needs and other requirements
Provide vendors that are suited to client’s style and budget
Provide a professional review of vendor contracts
Conduct multiple meetings with the client and vendors whenever necessary throughout the planning process to ensure plans are progressing properly
Help manage the wedding budget
Manage the overall wedding planning timeline
25 hours of meetings, phone calls & emails
Facilitate a meeting approximately 2 weeks prior to the first wedding event to create a wedding timeline and finalize day-of details (maximum duration: 2 hours)
Confirm with the ceremony and reception vendors to ensure a timely managed event
Coordinate one pre-wedding function
Coordinate one wedding ceremony including the set-up
Coordinate cocktail hour and assist guests in finding their place cards
Coordinate the wedding day reception until discussed end time, including supervising all reception vendors.
Assist photographer with assembling friends and family for photos (client should provide photo list and other requirements)
If additional help is required, the client can upgrade this package or add anything on within 4 months of the wedding. The client will be required to provide one paid room at the venue for us to stay on event nights to ensure that we are easily accessible at all times during set-up for the events and the events themselves.
